Frequently asked questions about pricing
Do prices include VAT?
The amounts shown here exclude VAT. VAT appears as a separate line on the quote and invoice.
How does payment work?
The standard flow is 50% at kick-off and 50% before launch. On larger projects we split payment across delivery milestones. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
What is not included in the price?
Domain and hosting, paid plugin or theme licences, stock photo and font licences, virtual POS and shipping integration fees, ad budget and content shoots are not included. Every extra item is listed line by line in the quote.
Who owns the source code and the domain?
The domain is registered in your name, and the source code and design files pass to you on delivery. If you move to another team, the transfer takes one e-mail. Read our detailed guide.
How long does a project take?
A corporate site typically takes 3-6 weeks, e-commerce 5-10 weeks, and custom software starts at 8 weeks depending on scope. Late content and images are what stretch the timeline most. The phase-by-phase timeline.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revision at the design stage are standard, with all your notes collected per round. Scope changes after design approval are quoted separately and approved in advance beforehand.
What happens after launch?
We cover bug fixes for 30 days after delivery. A maintenance plan is optional after that — without it the site is still yours and keeps running, we simply no longer handle updates, backups and support. The yearly cost list.
Are SEO and ads included?
Every site ships with technical SEO in place: speed, mobile usability, title tags, sitemap and structured data. Ongoing SEO and ad management are separate monthly services, and the ad budget itself is spent from your own account.
